Tram 5 from Knyazhevo terminus to ploshtad Makedonia (central Sofia) takes 25 to 30 minutes for $0.90. Bus 56 also serves the district. No metro. From the airport, metro M4 to Serdika then tram 5 west takes about 50 minutes; taxi is $18 to $25 direct. Inside Knyazhevo walking is pleasant on quiet streets. For Vitosha, bus 60 from Knyazhevo reaches Boyana in 10 minutes.
